Greenbriar Oceanaire Golf

The meeting was called to order at 4 PM. Present were Dennis Igoe, Bob Mazzei, Tom Lewis, Paul Squeri, Steve Naples, Monica DeCicco, Jeff Bebbino.

The general condition of the course was discussed. The need for cart path only was addressed as the new plants on the fairway take root. Other items touched on were irrigation and handling of pithium for next year. The executive director of the NJ P.G.A. was recently on the course and was impressed by the design and layout of the course.

The committee reported that the posting of scores was greatly improved since the committee acted on non-posting  of scores during the summer. The posting of scores by the pro shop for tournaments will be discussed next year.

Tom Lewis said that all trophies have been ordered.

Tee sheet management was discussed due to less daylight now that Fall is here, ideas such as less buffer time after a shotgun start and double tee times on 1 and 9 would facilitate earlier and better T Times.

A vote was taken by the committee (5-0) that a reprimand be issued by the board to an individual golfer after an incident in the pro shop.
