FAMILY and FRIENDS GOLF DAYS
2011
In an effort to provide alternative Tee times for all golf members to play with family and friends (outside guests), we are offering Family and Friends golf days in 2011.
1. This program will be open to all full and associate golf members. If all slots reserved for this program are not reserved for a specific day, the time slots will be released to full and associate members 7 days prior to the date.
2. In order to play at the time designated, in this program a golf member must be playing with at least one outside guest per reservation. The pro shop has the right to fill groups to make a foursome if necessary. Guest fees will be charged as appropriate.
3. It is anticipated that this program will run from June through September, one identified Sunday morning per month. This is a test program and will be evaluated monthly for utilization.
4. The schedule is June 19, July 10, August 21, and September 11. Sign up sheets will be posted on the golf bulletin bulletin boards by May 15 so families may plan ahead. Sign ups may be made in advance for each day requested. To allow as many families as possible to avail themselves of this program once a resident (or spouse) signs up for a time slot, they may not sign up for an additional slot until 7 days prior to second and subsequent requests.
5. Time slots 8:00 AM till 9:50 AM will be reserved in the chelsea system.
