SAFETY ALERT
MULTIPLE INSTANCES OF IMPROPER AND DANGEROUS OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS BY OUR MEMBERS HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE BOARD. IN FACT, LAST YEAR THERE WAS A COLLISION BETWEEN A GOLF CART AND A CAR . SOME OTHER PROBLEMS ARE RUNNING THE STOP SIGNS, COMING TOO CLOSE TO RESIDENTS WALKING ALONE AND WITH PETS.
THERE ARE 14 TIMES IN A ROUND OF GOLF WHEN A GOLFER MUST CROSS A ROAD TO GET TO THE NEXT HOLE. EACH OF THESE HOLES IS MARKED WITH A STOP SIGN FOR THE GOLFER. EACH CROSSING IS ALSO MARKED FOR VEHICLES.
ALL PARTIES HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO BE CAREFUL OR SERIOUS INJURIES COULD RESULT.
